Enjoy sunrises/sunsets, bird watching, fishing, watersports and relaxing in the tranquility of nature with two waterfronts. Park your boat on the back dock right outside your door. Perfect for any family/friends getaway, fishing/duck hunting trip or a solo retreat. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Relax on the backyard patio while overlooking the water.

Minutes to Erieau, Rondeau and Rondeau Provincial Park, Willowridge Golf Course, and Blenheim where you will find quaint shops, restaurants and more to explore.  
  
Nestled on a charming channel to Rondeau Bay. Park your boat 25' from your backdoor and enjoy fantastic fishing right off your dock. Free boat launch on street. Spend the day kayaking, canoeing or paddle boarding and explore all the channels and shores of the bay.
