Due to the complexity of the APCOSTAS Treumal Park apartments the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.  
  
SITUATION:  
  
Quiet area at 150 mts. from the beach and 1,500 mts. from the city center.  
  
COMPOSITION:  
  
\- Apartment block COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2016.  
  
\- They have: Type A: Dining room-living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with two single beds, ceramic hob and microwave, bathroom and terrace with furniture.  
  
AMENITIES:  
  
\- Swimming pool for adults and children (15/06 - 15/09). Sunbeds according to availability. Open parking according to availability.  
  
\- At 1,500 mts. all kinds of services.  
  
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  
  
\- Equipment (bed linen only), water, gas, electricity, cleaning entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.  
  
\- \[hidden\] with satellite channel installation.  
  
TOWELS:5 € / person / week, free change for stays longer than 7 days. (payment at reception).  
  
COT: €6 / day (to be paid at reception according to availability  
  
AIR CONDITIONING:YES, included in the price.
