Jun 22, 2024 #### Things happen We go to the beach every year so our kids can see extended family. Having two elementary age kids and a newborn I needed to have a rental that was very kid friendly. This rental had more than enough room for everyone! It also has a pack-n-play, which was amazing because it was one less thing to bring, and was very spacious. Unfortunately, the dryer broke on the third day of our vacation (we stayed a week) and they couldn't get a replacement before we left. Things happen and this was completely out of everyone's control. The maintenance team was extremely quick to respond and they reimbursed me for the laundry service I had to use. The owner even gave us a gift card, which was so unexpected but so sweet, for the inconvenience. Patty, the property manager that we communicated with, was extremely sweet and thoughtful. I would absolutely rent this condo again because of how responsive they were and how understanding everyone was. ##### Amanda G.
