This home is situated perfectly on a freshwater canal, boasts luxurious finishes, a heated saltwater pool, a margarita machine, fire table, a game room, and more! This home is conveniently located just minutes from Coral Oaks Golf Course, Matlacha Isles, walking trails, parks for the kiddos, and Downtown Cape Coral! Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features top of the line black stainless-steel appliances, white quartz countertops, a Keurig coffee machine, a kitchen island with seating for two, and sliding doors onto the lanai. There is a dining table with additional seating for four. Living Room This modern and inviting living area offers a sectional sofa, accent chair, large flat screen TV, and coastal inspired décor. Vaulted ceilings and ample natural light create a bright and airy atmosphere, with sliding doors providing easy access to the lanai and stunning views of the canal! Off the living room is the game area which features a game table, and a twin pull out bed.
