The backyard was a secluded paradise. Kitchen was missing some essentials and we have already contacted the prop mgr with our suggestions. Communication with property management company was spotty. Would have preferred to communicate with the host/owner directly. Communication through the mgmt company came via text. Would have been more comfortable communicating with them via VRBO messenger. The door needs fixed it is hard to get open with the key. Was told home has a Gym, there is no Gym. Swimming pool water was low and the pump was making noise, we had to fill it with water when we arrived. Had a hard time keeping heat up in pool at first. We paid to have the pool heated of 390 dollars. There was a lock on the pool heater and was unable to turn heat up to what we would have liked. Foul smell in the back yard a dead rabbit was found under the couch. The grill was very dirty and found a rat droppings behind the lid. Later the rat was crawling around on the glass patio table. I had to take apart the grill to clean it so many ashes underneath. Was charged two booking charges from VRBO and Vasco. The price we paid to rent the place, everything should have been ready when we came into the home. Inside of the home was clean and very nice. ##### Linda W.
