The hotel was great. I apparently had so many credits to use at the hotel and every time I planned to use them, I was told I couldn’t. That is why I give it a 4… if you can’t use them, then don’t say you have credits.

We visited this facility for the second time. The first time was 3 years ago. We rated first visit 9 out of 10. This time was 3 out of 10 The transportation inside the property that everyone will need to go to different events. Was very horrible. Food quality at least 30%. Decline the variety of food at least 50% decline. 3 years ago we went to the same facility with the same deal. We could go to Grand and enjoy the restaurants. At least. The buffets but this time whatever you want to do there you have to pay for it. Overall will not try and will not recommend

The staff was always smiling, the resort was beautiful and clean. Lots of restaurants, places to eat snacks and coffee. The pool staff was always coming around for drinks and to check on you. The beach was always clean. The rooms were always restocked and clean. They even turn down the beds at night! Golf carts to take you to different buildings was nice, lots of walking.

Es un hotel en el que nos hospedamos con mucha frecuencia por su buena calidad de bebidas y alimentos, entretenimiento, amenidades y buenas instalaciones. Lamentablemente en esta ocasión el personal del bar de la alberca del Nizuc fue muy descortés y con mala actitud (principalmente una persona llamada Josué) nos arruinó el momento en la alberca, optamos por alejarnos de esa zona. En general me da la impresión de que el personal no está siendo supervisado últimamente.

Definitely not the experience I was hoping with the family, got to hotel, upgraded room to ocean view, bathroom shower was clogged, shampoo bottle and soap top broken on all of them, ocean view definitely not worth at all the upgrade. All pools were broken, and no kids events working, was forced to upgrade to The Grand paying more on top of the ocean view upgrade, got to The Grand hotel next to it and restaurant all booked when I got to be able to book the JC steak restaurant after two days waiting food took over an 1:15 mins kids falling as sleep and they claim the meat needed time to cook I asked for medium well and it came after waiting so long all raw not even 3 mins cooking, ended up leaving and going to the buffet. Definitely not the experience I expected and paid for. Would not recommend unless they really concentrate on on having better attention to details, and more guest attention when providing a service and the amount of money being paid for the expectations. Rooms were sloppy finished. We were interested in buying a package to become a member but after this experience definitely something to consider more before and improve before committing.

We had a bad experience. They offered us a spa credit if we went to a marketing meeting for a 90 minutes, and they kept us for three hours. After that, they refused to honor what they had promised if we went to that meeting; we lost a lot of time in communication to get this resolved. Although it is a straightforward written credit, it was really very annoying, and we lost almost half a day solving this problem,

The hotel is very nice . The food was great . The staff was helpful but be aware of the people selling time shares. They are very persistent. And once you say no they appear to have an attitude. On my last night the sales person literally followed me to my uber trying to persuade me to buy timeshare. Also upon arrival, I inspected the bed sheets as per usual when I travel, the bed sheets under the quilt were dirty on both queen size beds. Yuck! I called room service they only changed the sheets on one of the beds. And left me extra bed sheets . Also the swim up bar were dirty with empty cups and straw wrappings . But other than that, my kids and I had a great time.
