### Beautiful Family Home With Garden - Near River Cam

Summary:  
This is a newly renovated, spacious three storey home with four double bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a lovely lounge area, fantastic garden and all just a 30 second stroll to the River Cam. Riverside walking and biking trails head in each direction from the bottom of the street. The property is also located just a short walk to all of Cambridge's main sights, such as the colleges and museums. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby as well as Tesco and Aldi for groceries. This is a fantastic property for a group to visit Cambridge and all it has to offer with the added bonus of free street parking.  
  
The Space:  
The ground floor encompasses a hallway, Kitchen/Dining area and lounge. The middle floor has a family bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a third bedroom with two single beds The top floor has a double room with dedicated desk/work space and an en-suite with shower over the bath and a Juliet balcony with fantastic views.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The property is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the river and amenities are plentiful.  
  
Getting Around:  
Bikes and scooters are best however there is free street parking
