Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath is the perfect balance of peacefulness and convenience, offering the luxury of a vacation without sacrificing the comforts of home. Both the home and community are filled with amenities for your use, including outdoor pools, a full-service restaurant & bar, playgrounds, indoor/outdoor sports court! You will also be centrally located to many of the Pocono Mountain's greatest attraction such as, Shawnee Mountain and Pocono Snake & Animal Farm plus many more. No knick knacks or glass frame art. The main living area is wide open and spacious, comfortable couch and large tvs everywhere. Great basement space for play and an amazing outdoor space for your explorers. Expect the house to be a little rough around the edges (finishes, previous guest damage, some cleaning spots), but we were ok with it because it didn’t feel as fragile with children around. Some of the pictures show different furniture but that’s the rental business, stuff needs replacing and we were happy. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The best part was the communication with the host so ask a lot of questions and they will be helpful. Pools in this community are all over and different for any mood. We did a canoe tour in Shawnee and hiked to a smaller waterfall to avoid crowds. Great ice cream and shopping within driving distance. We spent a lot of time on the deck with surprisingly few mosquitos (August) probably because of the height of the deck. The close neighbors were only there on the weekends but their lights stay on 24/7, not too bothersome but good to know. We enjoyed our week immensely and count it as one of our best vacations! ##### Laura H. House was neat and spacious. We went with our older Girl Scouts (17&18 yrs) who liked the pool table and pop-a-shot basketball game. Back yard fire pit was fun. The area had good activities for the girls: Bushkill Falls, rafting the DE water gap, Snake and Animal Farm. We didn't have opportunity to try the community pools, kayaks, etc due to weather, but everything about the community looked to be high quality.Driveway was a little tricky to back out of - it's steep and had a very slight curve, making it easy to drift off the edge. Reflective markers at the end would help. One mattress has a bit of a sag in it where people tend to sit. House was very very clean, but upstairs shower grout could use some love. ##### Grace D.
