Bohemian and artistic, but modern and functional at the same time. The design of this home was ingeniously created to offer comfort and coziness in a limited space and use at maximum every surface, without being boring or crowded at all.  
  
The wallpaper looks like a huge abstract picture, and mixed perfectly with the decoration elements and the earth tones of the furniture, offers the elegance of an art museum.  
  
The home is ideal for single travelers and couples in need of comfort and quiet.  
  
What our homey apartment has to offer:  
  
\- A sleeping area with a double bed;  
\- A living area with a comfortable sofa;  
\- Netflix available on Smart TV (no TV cable);  
\- Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi Internet;  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle;  
\- A bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine;  
\- Guidebook with great, local recommendations;  
\- Heating, A/C, and great cleaning service;  
\- Iron and iron board;  
\- Fresh towels and linens;  
\- Bath amenities and kitchen essentials;  
\- Customer service available 24/7.  
  
\*Please note that the apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval.  
  
The rental amount for photo/video shoots starts at 100 euro, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation.  
  
You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy.  
  
It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest. That being said, we are reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions, or issues you might have.  
  
The home is located in the North part of the city, next to one of the most important business buildings and offices of multinational companies. At 15 minutes by walk can be found Promenada Mall and some of the bests restaurants in Bucharest. Also, at about 3 km you can find Floreasca Park and Lake and at about 6 km is one of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest, King Mihai I Park.  
  
The location is extremely accessible. It can be reached only in 15 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes from the railway station. At 20 minutes by walk is located the metro station "Aurel Vlaicu" and the station of various buses. Right in the front of the complex can be found the station for bus 461. We can send you all the information regarding traveling options like taxis, ridesharing, metro, buses, trams.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:  
Check-in: 15:00 (3 PM) - 19:00 ( 7PM)  
Check-out: any time before 11:00 (11 AM)  
  
CHECK-IN REQUESTS:

\- EN: To fully comply with Romanian regulations, we must ask all of our guests to complete the accommodation form. It is mandatory to send us a photo with your ID (even if you will not actually be staying) and a photo with the ID of all the people who will enter the apartment. The check-in procedure is possible only based on this documentation.  
  
Please note:  
\- All the IDs sent must be valid;  
\- The guest making the reservation should have +18 years;  
\- All the minors must be accompanied by a family member/legal tutor;  
Without fulfilling these conditions, check-in will not be possible.  
  
\*IMPORTANT  
\- RO: Pentru a complete fisa de cazare conform reglementarilor in vigoare, este obligatoriu sa ne trimiteti o fotografie cu actul Dvs de identitate (chiar daca nu va veti caza efectiv) si o fotografie cu actul de identitate al tuturor persoanelor care vor intra in apartment. Va rugam sa aveti in vedere:  
\- Toate ID-urile trimise trebuie sa fie valabile;

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:  
You’re welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will need to confirm your request first and fees may apply. Checking out after the established time will result in additional fees. Any guest who is still  
in their homey after 11:30 (and hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged for an extra night, the cost of rescheduling the cleaning services, and the cost of relocation or cancellation of the next reservation.  
  
Please take into consideration that the cleaning services are scheduled for 11:00 AM and rescheduling the cleaning services cost 20€.  
  
LOST OBJECTS:  
Please note that we are not responsible for personal items forgotten in the apartment after check-out. If it happens to forget an object in the apartment, please write to us as soon as you notice the lack of it. We will be  
happy to help you, but if we do not succeed, please do not be mad with us :)  
  
Finding a forgotten object depends on many factors, which are not 100% in our control.  
  
HOUSE RULES & NON-COMPLIANCE FEES:  
\- No smoking allowed (allowed only on certain open balconies, if available)

\- No pets, not even really cute ones :)
