Welcome to the Guest House at The Greens, a gorgeous condo that is sure to stun you and your fellow guests. Every inch of the unit is meticulously kept making it an ideal space for those who value comfort in a home away from home. The Space: The unit is tastefully decorated with blue hues and pops of yellow promoting a calming and cohesive design throughout. The open living space welcomes beams of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior wall. The space also features a Queen-size sofa sleeper, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The balcony with a partial view of the golf course offers patio furniture to enjoy the fresh breeze - a perfect space for a morning brew. Back inside, the kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal from home. Additional appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience. An extended counter is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. Steps away, enjoy more formal meals together at the dining table for 4 to 6\. The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the pullout bed in the living room. Each space is well furnished with cozy linens so that every guest can sleep soundly after days of adventure. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony access, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 hosts a King bed, and a TV An additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked to accommodate guests. Downtown Branson, just 12 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. The absolute ONLY negative was the comfort of the pull out sofa bed. Of course not expecting luxury on a pull out couch but oof.
