Very clean and although convenient ( about 10 min) to town, it was located on a noisy highway across the street from a Dunkin’ Donuts. We did hear traffic at night. The owners were wonderful at communicating. There was a laundry room in our building which was very useful. The only “ negatives” were really the noise from the highway and no eating area other than a loveseat near the tv. The kitchenette could have used more utensils ( vegetable peeler, ladle) and we only had one hanger on a bar to hang clothes.
