The property features a yard and Internet WiFi, making it an ideal vacation rental for families seeking a tranquil escape in the heart of Bellinzona.

Access to the property is via a 175m footpath with 110 steps, ensuring privacy and seclusion. Public parking is available 200m away on the road. The property is conveniently located 500m from the center of Bellinzona, within walking distance of various amenities, including a grocery store, supermarket, and restaurants. You will be staying in a cozy 3-room house that spans across two levels, with a total area of 55 square meters. The spacious living area, recently renovated in 2021, features a rustic and comfortable furnishing style. The large kitchen-living room is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set. Additionally, it boasts an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and a hi-fi system, along with electric heating. You can access the terrace directly from this living area.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), sitting area, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). Furthermore, the property allows a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets or dogs permitted. The property features a dishwasher, allowing for convenient meal preparation. Additionally, the open-hearth fireplace and private patio provide cozy outdoor spaces for relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the house is accessible via an exterior staircase and features one small double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and one small room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). A shower/WC and a separate WC are also located on this level. The property boasts a large, partially roofed terrace, offering stunning panoramic views of the mountains, valley, countryside, and the nearby resort and city. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and the TV channels available are limited to Swiss channels. The house is ideally situated for exploring the capital city of Bellinzona and its surroundings, including the famous weekly market held every Saturday.
