This cosy timber house, built in 2022, is located in the district of Wetterburg, near the town of Bad Arolsen, Germany. It boasts a sunny position, just 250 meters from the lake and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. The property features a yard, internet WiFi, parking, a tennis court, and an EV charging station. It's the perfect vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a picturesque setting.  
  
Outdoors  
You can enjoy the vast 33-hectare shared property with its lush trees and meadows. Relax by the fireplace or take a stroll to the nearby sandy beach just 300 meters away. The property also offers easy access to fishing spots within the same distance. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are tennis and minigolf facilities just 300 meters away, and a children's playground is conveniently located 50 meters from the house.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room house on 2 levels, with bright, modern, and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with cable TV and a flat screen, and it has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a toilet on the ground level. Upstairs, you will find two rooms, one with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, and another room with two beds of the same dimensions.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental is equipped with a gas heating system, a large terrace measuring 23 square meters, and terrace furniture for your enjoyment. Among the facilities provided are a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. You will also have access to free WiFi internet during your stay.
