This contemporary Austin home serves as a wonderful place to eat, sleep, and play. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local AvantStay office and provide your check-in details. We do not accept check-ins after 7pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Comfortable Stay - Great Location

Cute property in a fantastic location right near S Congress. Great communication and easy to check in and out. Home is showing wear and tear not visible in the photos (in need of some fresh paint, cracks in walls, both toilets are missing lids, need outlets near the bed stands to charge phones and other items). There were some dead bugs/daddy long legs at the wall near the kitchen table. Other than that the home was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. One suggestion - softer pillows! The pillows were huge and didn't compress much, my neck got pretty kinked after a few nights.

Fantastic

Loved this property. We have been renting homes in Austin for over a decade and this one was a real hit. Our boys loved the pool and hot tub, the kitchen was large and easy to cook in (although they are short on spoons?!?) and games came in handy as well. Nice bathrooms. GREAT location. Highly recommend.

Darling Austin home in great location!

I took my work team to Austin as an incentive trip. There were 5 of us and we all loved staying at this rental. Both the hot tub and pool were very nice. The house is walking distance to S. Congress shops & restaurants.

Great stay in Austin - close to the action!

Very nice rental property in the South Congress area of Austin. Less than a 5 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping. Property was clean, comfortable, and made for a great stay. The hot tub was wonderful!

Austin Adorable

This house is adorable, comfortable and clean. The house has a cool vibe and is decorated accordingly. My family really enjoyed staying here. The baths were beautiful as was the kitchen. Our only complaint was the pool water was really cold despite the outside temperature and the hot tub was very very hot. The backyard is private and cozy. All in all an awesome property.

Beautiful home & perfect location

We could not have selected a better place to stay in Austin! We were there to celebrate an upcoming wedding with friends and family and this place made an already special trip that much better. The pool and backyard were incredible. Pool floaties and designated pool towels were a huge plus. The house is beautifly decorated and the beds were all super comfortable. Lastly the location couldn't have been better. Any place that wasn't walking distance (tons of great bars/restaurants/coffee/shops were walkable) was a 10 minute Uber. Congress Street which is located just a 5 minute walk from the home is definitely something to see in Austin and is somewhere I'd visit again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Lovely home with an amazing pool

Ok, did I mention how great the pool is? Perfectly sized with a beautiful cascading waterfall. The house is accurately depicted in the photos, with all necessary amenities and located steps away from shops and really good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home in the middle of everything

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Open floor plan with lots of room and storage. Fully fenced in yard with a great pool and hot tub. Feels like you’re in a tropical place when lounging outside. Has everything you need as it relates to a baby or toddler. A+++

Oasis on an active trip

The property is located in a central spot to access all the enjoyment Austin offers - easy access to highways, walk to the river, S. congress food and drink. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The character of the property and quality of amenities for a family were beyond expectations. Ease off access, off street parking, fencing for privacy, massive kitchen, open feeling house with privacy - and the cool dip pool were perfect for our family.

We absolutely loved the house! We liked it so much we are hoping it will be available for our next trip to Austin! The location is perfect!!! Walkable to resturaunts, coffee, shopping. 2 small suggestions 1) need a stool in showers and somewhere to put toiletries in the showers 2) lamps on the nightstands in the bedroom closest to the front door.

Terrific Place

This was the perfect rental for parents wanting to experience Austin nightlife and walkability to South Congress, while having great amenities for young kids. Fantastic location, nice home and yard, as advertised. Would strongly recommend.

Wonderful Amenities and Location

My coworkers and I stayed here while working on a project for the week in Austin. The accommodations and amenities were awesome! The pool was perfect for relaxing and the kitchen was large and had lots of storage and fridge space. This would be a great place to come stay with a large group! It is also conveniently located next to South Congress. Hope to come back and stay when I’m not working!

Beautiful Home but Beware of Broken Features

This is a beautiful home in a great location. You can easily walk to all of the shopping and restaurants on South Congress. It’s even on a home remodel show on Netflix, which was really cool. I would have given more stars, except we were really disappointed with a few things. The hot tub was broken, and when we inquired we were told they would look into it. This was over the weekend and we didn’t hear back about it at all. This meant there was no hot tub use our entire trip. The ice maker was also broken and we received the same response. Thankfully, there were ice cube trays, however that made us think that they already knew it was broken and didn’t say anything. One part of the shower in the master bathroom was also broken, and the lights in the pool at night didn’t work. We stopped asking for help when things were broken because the management company wasn’t helpful or responsive to our requests. For the amount of money that this house costs per night, everything should be working and in good, if not perfect condition. I’ve stayed in rental homes for half this price and gotten immediate attention from the property management, despite the day of the week. I would love to stay at this home again because of its location and high end features. I just wish the features actually worked. I warn others to inquire about them before booking.

Perfect location with a pool

Our family spent three nights at this Travis Heights property and cannot wait to return again in a few months and possibly again next year. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy, our kids loved the technology in the bathrooms. Avant stay is wonderful to work with and we have already told 4 friends about this property.

The house and location were absolutely perfect for a get away with friends. It was an easy walk to shopping and dining on South Congress. The house was spotless, linens nice, and the pool was super clean . Will definitely stay here again.
