Right in the heart of Auckland, this newly decorated, spacious two bedroom apartment welcomes you to a charming, comfortable home in a prime location. Everything the city has to offer within easy walking distance. We offer free Wifi and Smart TV for our guests; it is ideally set up for both business or pleasure.

The Space:
This unique two level loft apartment is a perfect space for either 1-2 guests wanting a spacious city pad or small groups of 3-4 guests wanting an excellent value stay with separate bedrooms.
Enjoy staying in an iconic heritage building, filled with style and character. The 4.5 meter high ceilings make this apartment spacious and light, with huge windows overlooking glorious Queen Street. The master bedroom upstairs has a massive walk-in closet. In the cosy second bedroom you’ll find a small office desk. All beds are brand new. We’ve carefully decorated the space with treasures of the Pacific, collected on our sailing journey to New Zealand.
We have ensured the apartment is equipped with all you need to make you feel right at home for short or long stays. For example, there’s free superfast internet and a smart TV with Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a laundry with a washer/dryer. We provide you with fresh hotel linen, coffee, tea, shampoo and soap.
The apartment building is incredibly secure with swipe cards to enter and there is a lift for
your convenience. We offer discounts for weekly or monthly stays, please inquire if you want to book a longer stay.

The Neighborhood:
You will be living in the most vibrant part of Auckland with so much to do at your doorstep,
only 300 metres to the waterfront. Just five minutes or less walk to Britomart, the Viaduct
and Sky Tower: the best food, atmosphere and views. We will provide you with our
personal guide, that includes our recommendations for walks, excursions, restaurants and cafes. If you want to stay in, there is a great supermarket right next door. A little taste of your direct surroundings:
Queen Street
Filled with high-end retail shops, surrounded by great little cafes and eateries. Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street, and top it off with the area behind Britomart Station with it’s well known restaurants.
Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter
Stroll down to the waterfront, past the Maritime Museum, through the marina filled with superyachts to Wynyard Quarter where you can have lunch in the restaurants overlooking the harbour. Great playground in Silo Park for the kids.
Sky Tower
Take a gamble in the Casino, bungy jump off the tower, or dine in the top of tower in the rotating restaurant while soaking in the best views in Auckland.
Devonport
Take a 10 minute ferry ride across the harbour to Devonport, home to many heritage sites and buildings, great cafes and beautiful white sandy beaches. Walk up Mt Victoria to get a panoramic view of Auckland.
Art Gallery and the Museum
Hike up through Albert Park to the Art Gallery and onwards to the massive Domain, Auckland’s largest park where the monumental Auckland Museum resides, as well as an amazing botanical garden.
Getting Around:
If you are arriving from the airport, take the Skybus which stops direct at our doorstep. This is $18 one way. Uber from the airport is generally $37-50 depending on traffic.
Staying in the heart of Auckland means most attractions are within walking distance, but if your feet fancy a little rest we can recommend a fun way to get around: find yourself an e- scooter, normally there’s always a couple parked close by the door.
Within 2 minutes’ walk you’re at Britomart Central station, the hub for all major bus connections and trains. One minute further along, you’ll find the ferry terminal to fantastic daytrip destinations like Waiheke Island, Devonport and Rangitoto.
Other Things to Note:
Number of guests: Please note that although 4 people can stay in the apartment, it is best suited for 3 people or less (or 2 adults with 2 kids). The third optional bed is a trundler so may be too small for a large adult.
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 4 minute walk or 2 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
