Bait and Switch
Our stay was for a U of M graduation and the price was astronomical. Walking into the building was unappealing due to grimy carpets and hallways, overheated laundry areas and lingering cooking odors. We had to walk up to the 3rd floor with our luggage, which was not addressed in the original description. In addition, we were told there was a King size bed but it was a Queen. It was advertised as central air with a thermostat instead there was one window unit air conditioner in the living room and it was loud. The kitchen was old and the dishwasher door would not shut properly. Everytime the refrigerator door was opened or closed there was a loud cracking sound. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. For the average nightly price we might have been more satisfied. But we were charged almost 10 times the nightly rate due to graduation inflation. It is obvious the rental group has several apartments in the building and has photos and descriptions of the best one. We feel we were baited and switched and couldn’t wait to check out!

Away from campus but near good shopping
Away from campus by 10 min but near good shopping. It’s clearly run by a management company and not an individual and while things were clean, it was minimally stocked. Even though it said it slept 3, the couch did not pull out and had no blankets or bedding. The temperature was 78 degrees when we arrived and even though we turned the thermostat completely off, we had to open windows at night to keep the temperature between 79-72 which was too hot for my liking. The entire building was very hot and even though the thermostat was completely off, it still felt like a little heat was coming off the wall heater.

Had my son and two of his friends did a game at the big house. Perfectly sized for us. Awesome air mattress. Very easy to navigate check in and out. Would absolutely stay there again
