Welcome to this charming 27m² apartment in Cap d'Agde, perfect for up to 3 guests. The apartment features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed (140x200) and a large terrace for relaxing outdoors. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee machine, along with all necessary dishes and utensils. For sleeping arrangements, there are bunk beds (90x190) in one room and a double bed (140x200) in the other. The modern bathroom includes a shower and separate WC. The apartment also offers board games and a plancha/bbq for added enjoyment. Located just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches, this apartment is also conveniently close to the supermarket (500 meters) and shops/restaurants (800 meters). With private, free parking (space #113), you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Additional services, including bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning, are available for an extra fee. A deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (bank imprint only). Cap d'Agde offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Visit the Bagnas Nature Reserve, a Natura 2000 site, or take a walk through the picturesque landscapes between the ponds, Canal du Midi, and the sea. For fun and thrills, head to Luna Park, an amusement park that delights both young and old.
