Nice refurbished 1-bed in great location. There is a good sized bedroom with a king size bed and an open kitchen an living area. Bathroom with a shower and the kitchen has everything in white goods. The property is located in a back courtyard secluded from the street, so everything is peaceful and quiet. There is also wooden terraces and lounge furniture in the courtyard so one can enjoy the warm evenings outside. This apartment is perfect for a couple or single person wanting to stay in the heart of Øgadekvarteret, a 5 min. walk from Århus city center.
