Find Hotels with a Pool in Yucatan Peninsula from CA $92

I loved my stay here last week for many reasons: 1) Value for the money--luxurious ambiance at low price. 2) Super friendly staff. Especially the concierge who called a taxi for me, and it came within 3 minutes. Next day they notified me when my tour van was coming up the driveway to the lobby. I really appreciate this. 3) Location! Felt completely safe. Away from the maddening crowds and so quiet. Attached to a relaxing mall where there is food, shopping, and an Oxxo convenience store to get...

The friendliness of the staff was beyond expectations.

Excellent service and amenities

Awesome

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff immediately took care of our needs and welcomed us with cool towels and arrival drinks. Check-in was simple and fast. The atrium of the main building is as stunning in person as it looks on the Internet. We recommend eating at KAO during your trip, which is located one the lowest floor in the center of this atrium. After we got settled, we were treated to a first-class experience the rest of the way. Our concierge, Israel, took care...

Stayed in this 2 month old beautiful property a day after the big storm. Unfortunately the front of the hotel was destroyed. The management had many workmen working multiple hours a day to restore it to its original state. When we walked, there was no other hotel with this amount of workers. Management was on site and was very involved in the restoration. Rodrigo the manager and co owner was asking us multiple times a day if we were ok. Staff were very kind about the lack of amenities for us and...

My family had an amazing experience here. Def would return

No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful. My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. A nice little stand between the tub...

One the most beautiful places and so quiet and personel was incredible

Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

I enjoyed my stay and would book again!

We are a young family of 4 with two children, ages 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and 6 days during the first week of October. It was a great time and we would gladly do it again! The weather was nice, despite hurricanes nearby. We were very lucky. We loved the hotel for several reasons. We were upgraded from a 1st/2nd floor ocean view room to the 9th floor upon arrival. What a nice surprise! The view was beautiful, especially waking up each morning and sitting on the...

This Hacienda was recommended by a good friend of mine in Merida. I stayed for 8 nights in the Casa Maya, right at the beginning of the Botanical Garden, close to the pool and the main building. It was fabulous—clean, lovely toiletries, a very power shower, and the most luxurious bed! I was welcomed to the Hacienda family immediately upon arrival by Lilia. Lilia, Maria, and Kimberly were always around at the main building for anything I needed—and I was always greeted with warm smiles by...

Great resort. Best food we've had in Mexico. Definitely will be back!

We love this hotel. It is clean and the pool is also kept clean. It is very close to everything we need and want. Bars restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly breakfast is great.

My husband and I recently stayed at Viento Suites for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! The location is very walkable and close to everything. If not within walking distance, it was only a short car ride away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the AC worked great. I also have to comment on the amazing water pressure as that has sometimes been an issue at other places that we have stayed (As someone with long hair, this becomes...

Everything from food, staff, and hotel was great!
