Terrible experience. The keys repeatedly didn’t work, staff had to open my door several times, sink was clogged, the vending machine didn’t work on the 2nd floor and THERE IS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR! they said they will fix the door and sink at 8am in the morning and no one showed up. Front desk said the door problem was because the batteries for the door lock is low but only maintenance can fix it and did not offer me to change rooms. This was a real hassle because of us going to and from the pool which small children. Stairs only go to basement and first floor so everyone had no choice but to take the elevator. Average wait time for elevator is 10-minutes. Not worth this hassle!
