Arrowhead Point is a great ski in / out townhome located in the desirable Blackcomb Mountain Benchlands of the Upper Whistler Village. The quiet complex is nestled among trees and mountains and is ideal for families and groups looking for a tranquil and convenient setting for their ski holiday. Enjoy a soak in the private outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes or curl up next to the cozy gas fireplace.

The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The townhouse is located in the upper building and is an upper unit - which provides breathtaking views facing West towards the mountains and sunsets. The Master bedroom includes a Queen bed, an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds and a fully updated separate bathroom. In-suite laundry (washer, dryer). Laundry detergents provided.

The main room has vaulted ceilings and is open concept with a gourmet kitchen looking out to the dining/living rooms and a deck off the living room with seating for 4 and BBQ. The fully equipped updated kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all cookware and appliances you will need to make your stay enjoyable. HD flatscreen TV, cable, internet and free wifi will keep you entertained while you are inside. If staying in isn't what you want, Whistler's best restaurants are located minutes from your home.

While secure underground parking and bike lockup is available, a car is not necessary: a FREE bus shuttle stops each 10-30 minutes year round, the bus stop is about 100 meters (109 yards) from the complex; it will get you to the village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, concerts, kids playground, ice skating and other activities. We are 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from Lost Lake- a popular place for cross country skiing, biking and swimming. Fairmont Chateau Golf Club is about 1 kilometer away from the complex.

SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS:

Located near the Merlins/Lower Cruiser run, ski out by walking 200 yards to the Blackcomb Springs Hotel (there is a very short path next to the hotel), click on your skis and start your first run down to the Wizard Express on Blackcomb. At the end of the day, ski right into the complex via the Home Run path or enter from the same place you skied out. Alternatively, the free shuttle runs every 10-20 minutes to the Upper or Lower Villages (5 minute drive) where you can hop on the Whistler or Blackcomb Gondolas.

In the summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails to keep you active as well as an abundance of shopping, restaurants, spas, golfing and other entertainment.

We’ve stayed at Patrick’s place a few times now, and it’s one of our favorites in Whistler. It’s a short walk & quick ski down to the Blackcomb gondola. The hot tub is lovely after a day of skiing. The 2 floor layout is nice; a little quieter upstairs if you have folks who want to sleep on different schedules. We love staying here, and can’t wait to come back!

We spent over a week at Patrick’s place at the end of January 2024. The place was perfect for our family of four! Everything was clean and worked. The hot tub on the deck was nice. The ski-in/ski-out is a short walk but easy and Blackcomb gondola is typically shorter wait times, which is nice. Patrick was great host! Always quick on response times. We liked the ease of check in/check out. Secure underground dedicated parking spot was really nice. We hard a 2021 VW Atlas and it fit fine. We’ll likely be back!

Great ski holiday
The location was perfect for our 14 night ski holiday, each morning we walked the short distance to the slopes and skied down to the gondolas and afternoons we were able to ski right to the door. There was plenty of space in the property, room for all 5 of us to get ready in the mornings, enjoy meals together and relax in the evenings. The free shuttle bus was the perfect way to get around the village, no need for a car. Patrick was quick to respond to our messages as well. I would highly recommend this property.

It’s great place with bunch of amenities, different small details that make your life easier like for example separate towels for bathroom and hot tube. Underground parking. Pretty close to downtown, but with small kids you might probably want to drive a little bit and park somewhere closer. Owner is very responsive and client oriented.
