It is zoned for the highly reputable Lyles-Crouch Traditional Academy School. The home features 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa, easily sleeping 8 people. The Space: Your gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath in convenient Old Town has everything you'll need for suburban, city living. Your beautiful, specifically designed home away from home is only a block away from King Street. Enjoy the conveniences of historic Old Town Alexandria, by enjoying local restaurants, cafes, and shopping. This home is excellent for getaway for friends, interns, couples, families or business travelers. It is the ideal base for Old Town and Washington, D.C. Your home features three bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, private fenced in backyard with outdoor seating, and plenty of room to comfortably spread out in the living area. Don't forget about the Charcoal Brick Oven in the back. Upon entering the home, you'll step into the freshly designed living room, with the a large sofa to relax on while you watch your favorite series on the mounted TV. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a parking permit (free!) for Friday night. It’s a very pleasant house and little yard, very clean and welcoming. Everything was there that you could need. My husband and I stayed in the basement room which was very spacious and had pleasant daylight from the high windows during the day.
