The small home has a lovely brick patio and it's just steps to the best of DC: Kennedy Center, GW University and Hospital, Georgetown, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and more! The Space: When you enter the home, prepare to be embraced with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Then step into the kitchen with fully stocked culinary items for your cooking needs, prepare your food at the kitchen island and enjoy a cup of coffee. Guest Access: You'll have easy access to the property 24/7 through our electronic lock, which generates a unique code for each guest that automatically expires upon their departure and won't work before arrival. The Neighborhood: This location is phenomenal- just a few blocks to the Kennedy Center, GW University and hospital, Georgetown, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, plus tons of great restaurants and bars too. The host can be reached pretty easily (and lives nearby). The location-- in a close or court, which is a residential section that is off the street in sort of an enclave is nicely located in Foggy Bottom. It is close (an easy walking distance) to George Washington University and its hospital, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's markets, K street NW and its restaurants, and to other points of interest.The owners take care to have the furniture and decor clean, well selected, and comfortable. ##### WF S.
