This was our first time in Hawaii and we originally wanted to book the Hilton hawaiian village, but there was a strike at the time and decided to change our plans. This hotel in the perfect location. A ton of shopping and food options surrounding the hotel. 2 restaurants and an ABC store on grounds. The pool was a bit small but great for kids. Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful 2 queen bed room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows with 2 balconies. I would recommend it to anyone.

Just the best place. The staff goes above and beyond, and everything is beautifully appointed. Yoga in the garden was lovely, the Toto toilets are a great touch, the rooms are stunning and we can’t wait to come back. What a pleasure. Shout outs to Yuki and Jerome at the pool work who hustle hard to keep everyone comfortable, and the team at the valet desk are charming and helpful - thank you everyone! I loved the gentle Old Hawaii atmosphere. My room in the tower had a lovely view of the ocean and was tastefully and comfortably decorated. The staff are outstanding in every way. It was my first time at The Kaiulani. I've stayed at The Sheraton Waikiki and several other hotels, but in the future will choose The Kaiulani.

An absolutely beautiful place. I always get nervous just looking at the photos as I’m booking because you never know when you get there if you’ve made the right choice… but once I saw the place in person I was so satisfied!! I got a room on a high floor with an ocean view facing Diamond head and the beach and water… stunning! Wonderful stay at hhv in Dec 2024. I was on the 30th floor with a full ocean view. It was amazing. Hoping to go back soon. Bali’s restaurant was also fantastic!!

Staff is amazing

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was a shock, fried rice and sausages, make your own waffles station, cereal bar, pastries, coffee and juice bar!
