"My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old for a long weekend - perfect size for a small family or group of friends. Full sized apartment with fully functional kitchen. About a 20 minute walk to the falls which kept us out of big crowds and loud entertainment section so we could enjoy more of the local restaurants and shopping. Super close to the botanical gardens (beautiful!) and an easy drive to Niagara on the Lake. Host was great and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend - we already plan...

"Great location for us away from crazy tourist area but still easy to access everything with the wego bus pass. Highly recommend dinner at Taps. Brian was super helpful, but the apartment could do with a deep clean, especially under the beds! Had to pull the sofa out to make it up for our daughter and found all sorts of yucky stuff. With a good clean though this would be a great place."

"We stayed at this estate for 2 nights for my sisters 30th birthday! I met the host outside the property and he was very welcoming! The property is the complete second floor which comes with an amazing view. Old historic property but completely updated. We did most of our entertaining in the kitchen area as the concept is like an older house. Lovely stay super clean! Thank you so much for having us."

"Location and place is great. The room was very clean (we met the women who cleaned for Jay and she did a fantastic job!) but the backyard could use some trimming, it seemed overgrown a bit. Jay was so accommodating and very quick to respond to my messages which was impressive. Overall all everything was an awesome experience. One suggestion would be to mention in your listing it is a Keurig coffee machine and not a “coffeemaker” Thanks for all the great memories"

"We really liked the location away from the crowds. It was a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and little more to Falls. The one thing we really liked was the quiet at nighttime( unbelievably quiet) When we arrived we met Mike who was beyond gracious and very helpful. The apartment had AC, very very clean( very important to me),king size bed that was comfortable ( we walked 11 miles a day). Coffee maker and coffee grinds were perfect. Parking was behind building and safe. Overall a good experience."

"We are a couple in our early 60's. Our expectation was for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after a busy day of exploring. Just a 13 minute walk to downtown, the building is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable...we slept well. The rest of the furniture is not so comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. For us it fit the bill and we would stay here again."

"Our stay was just what we were looking for. The host was very friendly upon arrival and gave us our privacy. The unit was pristine and extremely comfortable. It is located 30 seconds off the main drag, and the majority of the restaurants and vineyards are within a 10 minute drive. Despite being located in a basement, there is plenty of light! One of the best if not the best VRBO I have rented ! Thanks for a great girls’ trip!"

"My wife and I were in the area to move my daughter into University and loved the accessibility this property afforded! Quick (driving and walking) access to the University, beach, wineries, Niagara Falls and quaint little town of St. Catherines. The owner was extremely attentive (even when i lost the keys!!) and paid attention to every detail in the unit, providing everything you would need if you were in your own home. "The property was spacious and comfortable. All 3 bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, as was the kitchen. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from the highway, and the kids weren't able to play in the back yard because the grass was so long. Other than that our stay was lovely."

"Our room was very clean and beds were made, clean towels and coffee were left for our use and garbage disposed. When we arrived we found that the room phone and the security vault were not working but when reported maintenance staff took care of them immediately as well as the air conditioner that as not working properly. On our last night we had a fire alarm and had to go down via stairs with our night gowns but it was a false alarm. Enso and Dominic were very nice and helpful."
