This glammed up modern farmhouse sits atop Campden General Store. It is in the heart of this quaint hamlet surrounded by Niagara Benchlands wineries, local scenic such as Ball's Falls, hiking trails and golf courses as well as agricultural farms and market stands. The apartment has two bedrooms and each with an ensuite. It is equipped with kitchen essentials needed if you feel like preparing your own meals. You can easily come down the store for groceries or go to the coffee bar if you want to unwind while perusing the products we do offer in the store. The store has a coffee bar and a convenience store. Picture yourself capping the night perusing through the local products while having coffee or tea to talk about a fabulous day you had. It is along a regional road so it is very convenient; It is just less than 5 minutes drive to Ball's Falls and Twenty Valley golf course and central to an array of wineries and breweries, hiking trails and farms. It is an hour away from Toronto and 1 hour from the US border (Buffalo) and only 25 minutes from Niagara Falls/Niagara on the Lake. Although the area is rural it has great access to the wineries, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. The apartment has access up a flight of stairs. It's recently been updated, and the furnishings are nice and the apartment comfortable.
