Everything was great except for the burnt Hash Browns one morning. We normally stay here when visiting Victoria. Staff are excellent. Love the pool.

"A Wonderful Place to Stay!"
I have stayed here before (Oct. 2016) while attending a conference and it was amazing and so I returned to the hotel when I was in town visiting my daughter. I was lucky to be upgraded to the tenth floor with a harbor view which was spectacular. The check-in was seamless and I felt welcomed and had the sense that they were interested in making my stay a good one. I will return again to this hotel in a few months when I visit my daughter again - this time taking full advantage of the pool and gym.

"Victoria stay in Hotel Rialto"
This hotel was outstanding!! We would definitely stay here again! The staff were very helpful and the room it self was as well. We were on the 4th floor on the corner. Very nice room. We got lucky in that the Veneto Bar downstairs was outstanding as well. They had outstanding bartenders and food and customer service as well. The Hotel room was one of the best I've ever stayed in. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, heated bathroom floors, robes, comfortable heating, hot showers, spacious room, cable tv, and great staff and customer service. We were concerned initially as there was a clock tower literally across from the room as well as construction. They said that it shouldn't be an issue. I've never had a hotel provide ear plugs, which was very nice as I'm a light sleeper! They must have the bell turned off during sleeping hours, for it never bothered us nor the street noise. The sound proof curtains and ear plugs worked great. We slept great!! The bar downstairs with double shot drinks as "the standard" is how it should be done. We loved our experience at the hotel!!

"Easy walk to Save-On Memorial Centre"
Very convenient location. Staff were super friendly. Found the building to be very cold. There were space heaters all over to help heat the areas but didn't really help. Elevator is only big enough for one person. Rooms are small but clean. Recommend for someone who doesn't have high standards and looking for something convenient. It worked for us as we were there for a concert and it was a 5 minute walk from the venue.

"Apartment type rooms lots of space "
We have stayed at the Royal Scot about 8 times over the years, we usually get a 1 bedroom suite so there is plenty of room for 4 people and it has a full kitchen. 3 blocks from a grocery store. A block down from Parliament and walking distance all through town. A pool and hot tub after long walks and wonderful food. We will definitely stay again
