"There was no heating in the room and a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Shuttle is on First come, First serve basis and has very limited capacity. Many customers ended up having to take a cab to the airport. Disappointing experience altogether. "

"Our room was large with comfy beds, exceptionally nice bedding a nice view. As we were only there one night we didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel’s amenities but location, bar & Starbucks on the ground floor were appreciated. "

"This was a disappointment! On.the west wing, room was very run down, curtains didnt fully close, disgusting musty smell throughout hallways and the room ( damp dog smell). Very dated and in need of a significant refurbishment. Not worth $800+ for 2 nights. Spa was relaxing but again needed some big clean up and TLC to the facilities. Will never return until its renovated. There are better resorts out there! "
