Our room was nice, but when we left for the day and came back, the bed was made, but the room was not vaccuumed, the wine glasses that we used the night before were still where we left them, the coffee cups that we used in the morning were not replaced or washed. The continental breakfast was nice ...
We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel and Spa on our first visit to Victoria about 3 years ago. The hotel is a 5 star plus so we didn't even consider staying anywhere else on this trip. The entire staff is wonderful!! We would definitely stay there again
Luxury hotel in a superb location a few minutes drive from city centre. Oak Bay and the hotel have a very distinctive character. There remain some gracious old houses as well as condo's and Oak bay village offers restaurants, banks, etc. Good walking from the hotel along paths and a marina to visit. ...
Pleasing waterfront location with plenty of harbor sights. particularly enjoyed the water taxi travel around harbor locations
great location and character. only problem was with step down bathtub but they were clearly visible in pictures we saw on internet. we just didn't think they would be the problem they were because of our ages and infirmities. we would recommend to anyone younger and physically firm.

(Unless we were Fairmont President club Members) The trainee who helped us upon checkin was very polite but she failed to text our room #-as promised. Need more than 3 people for checking in a large ...
We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very easy access to all Victoria has to offer. We stayed in the Victoria suite and it was very spacious, clean, and modern and the balcony was a plus. The bathroom space was also huge. Will definitely stay there again, maybe for a longer stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay here. The room was comfortable, the food was good if a bit pricey, and the weather was great which also helped.
The character, charm, and atmosphere of this property was well worth the stay. The uniqueness of the art galleries that wind throughout the property was also very interesting and fun to see. The location is amazing and the food quality is excellent. Our only complaint would be that when we requested ...
