This hotel is located in nice quiet area within a 10 minute walk to the heart of Victoria. I highly recommend this hotel!

Boutique hotel with attention to detail in a perfect location.

You get an email on using door code… easy. There is a book for the property and amenities. Read how to use thermostat. We will stay again. Had a well stocked kitchen. I would suggest bringing your own coffee

Loved the Staff, loved the decor and amenities. The bed was super comfortable. Hotel Zed had a great relaxed vibe. Definitely young outdoorsy clientele

I was on a solo retreat and had the pool area to myself. I loved the special touches of a welcome drink and a bag of goodies for the Halloween season. The views were fabulous and it was a wonderful stay. I only wish I had booked for a longer stay.

Beautiful facilities

It's a great place to stay ,convenient to Town ,nice room's, somewhat small,but clean and inviting. Good food at the pub and breakfast in the dining room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The waterfront beach location was terrific. Pleasant large, clean room. Have stayed at numerous Best Westerns but this one had the best breakfast by far.

Nice walking area close by

The room are surprisingly nice and clean, the view is really nice and the air ventilation is great. Definitely recommend to stay in here.

Have been staying at the Beachclub for years. It continues to be our go too get-a-way place every year. It meats all expectations for a great vacation.

Everything is very good, except the window covering is lace curtain, No sunblind, half of drape is just for the decoration only. Sunlight come to you early in the morning.

No complaints about the property. However, guests are directed to enter the property via Riverside Lane, which is currently a construction site. I heard some "clanging" noise as we drove along the lane and thought nothing more of it. We had a flat tire the morning, thanks to a construction nail, later discovered by the attendant at the tire repair shop.

We managed to book one of the few remaining available rooms at Helms. We mentioned a few times while on the ferry that we hope the place is okay. We were definitely surprised and very pleased with location, with our room and with the staff. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit.

Staff were great property clean and newly renovated, breakfast can be improved, some construction ongoing around property.

While the weather was cooler than expected we enjoyed the room, the view on the balcony and the food plus cocktails! Highly recommend for a weekend away or a two day escape at any time!
