"A wonderful hotel. Our room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is great. A big negative is the noise from Douglas St. This is a major bus route and the buses are noisy. "

"Absolutely BREATHE TAKING! Staff goes above and beyond! The food at FARO was delicious. The mineral pools seem surreal. Spa services were relaxing and refreshing. I would give this property 10 stars if possible. The OAK BAY neighborhood feels like you are in a movie. Don’t hesitate to book this property."

"The room we stayed in was fantastic, clean and overlooking Mackenzie Beach. Didn't get to use much of their facilities, so can't comment on that. Breakfast options were simple and every morning they had different options to choose from. Overall a great stay. We hope to come back again."
