"The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Construction on road made access to front entrance difficult. Exit through underground parking wasn’t easy to find and had us going up a smelly elevator to an unsafe area. Loved the room and the Housekeeper was very helpful and kind. "

"Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Around the corner from the inner harbor and empress hotel, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and easy. Staff was responsive, comfy beds, enjoyed our suite. Only issue - sliding glass door to the small balcony was jammed. Maintenance came but I couldn’t open again after he left. Shd have two small chairs or stools on patio. "
