Enjoyable stay in Valencia
The apartment was clean and fit the description. We got a very thorough introduction to Valencia from the person who greeted us. The beds were comfortable. There were a few areas that needed maintenance (leaking air conditioning unit and a patio door knob that was about to fall off) but a good apartment overall. The location is good in terms of being able to walk around Valencia or get to a metro station or to a grocery store (a few very close by). The only real issue we had was that the air conditioning didn't handle the heat so the apartment was very hot, but this was in late July and on a top floor of a building so I guess that's to be expected. ApartUp was very responsive regarding the air conditioning issue.I imagine that the apartment is very comfortable in slightly lower temperatures. There is no elevator so this apartment would not be suitable for people not able to walk up stairs, but perfectly fine for others. The patio is very nice.

Appartement avec terrasse très agréable
L'appartement est très bien situé près des transports. Accès facile au centre-ville et à la plage. L'équipement est très bien. L'accueil et la remise des clés sont parfaits. Il faudrait juste préciser dans l'annonce que c'est un 4ème étage sans ascenseur.
