"Considering their global reputation, it’s quite disappointing. The rooms are old, not clean, and smell bad. There’s water dripping from the ceiling fan, and the drain is clogged. The only good thing is that it's right next to the grand centural station. Please consider that there are many options around."

"We liked the hotel very much, very clean, fresh, loved sushi restaurant on the second floor. Queen beds were very nice, because usually you have just double beds on Manhattan. Bathrobes, coffe machine with nespresso pods. Minibar full of drinks, unfortunately not complimentary but still nice touch . Loved the location . "
