We truly enjoyed our stay at the Franklin guesthouse. It is in a trendy neighborhood, with plenty of food options. The staff was great and were very helpful at guiding us on the use of public transportation. To access the Ferry or subway is an easy 5 min walk. The room was very spacious and had many amenities: kitchen appliances, Utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. The bed was super comfortable and we got plenty of good nights sleep. The room was next to the elevator and close to the lobby but the noise was not able to be heard in our room. We highly recommend the hotel!

Nice stay in an efficiency type room. Has full kitchen also. Very clean and has all you could need. Don't reserve a room with a balcony. We were in the lower level (basement) and they called a tiny tiny patio as a balcony. It costs more for a room with a balcony\patio.

NYC trip 2023
Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Room was large and had a great shower. Staff was very friendly. Our room was just off from the front desk and I was afraid it would be noisy, but it was extremely quiet. I was never woken up by outside noise and I am a very light sleeper. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brooklyn.
