The only good i would say about some staff members who were trying to do they best. The rooms are so small 12' by 9', shower in toilet, sink in the entry to the room, no place to sit or put your computer. This hotel i afraid have a problem to properly manage the cleaning stuff, when i open my room it was disaster. I never ever sow such a dirty room offered for guest, i need to mention that i was staying in many different hotels same in country as abroad. After my intervention, stuff change the room for me which was between three non stop working elevators and making enormous noise. The room was probably some utility closet before turned into room for guests. I spent there sleepless night. There is no breakfast even as room descriptions was saying, breakfast is included. For almost $300 per night this hotel offers absolutely nothing worth that price. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The Pod is a lovely place to stay to experience the “Williamsburg” vibe. Small but functional room, great fun neighborhood, Whole Foods and lots of other dining, coffee, vintage store options very nearby, in walking distance!

Very friendly and helpful staff in a very nice part of Williamsburg. Room (Queen Pod) is small, however very clean and well-appointed. No fridge in room, or kitchen in building (to my knowledge at least), so likely cannot cook at this hotel. Close to transit (~20 min subway from Manhattan), grocery stores, local shops, etc. Would stay again, recommend to others. .

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and the area was pretty good based on transportation and food wise. The rooms were small but clean and has amenities, the pricing of the hotel is not the final price you have to really read the fine print of the actual price.
