Great location, good all-round value.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and hospitable, at reception as well as the restaurant. My room was nicely furnished and clean.
Cons: I had the misfortune to be a couple of doors away from a resident who'd leave their yapping dogs alone, barking in the room. Not at all impressed
Location: Easy access to all that Toronto has to offer a tourist. Good selection of restaurants and bars. Strongly recommend the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO).
Good standard of hotel, all-round. Comfortable stay and pleasant surroundings. Bedroom was well equipped with most things you'd expect of a 4-star. No fridge/mini-bar which was a little inconvenient, given a week's stay. Most rooms do not have a bath (i.e. shower only), however was otherwise pleased with the facility. I would consider staying here again.

From first greeting to final departure, the staff were excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet, and close to everything. Will absolutely be booking another stay when I'm back in Toronto again.

Pros: Quiet and nice size TV. Room service was excellent.
Cons: The bathroom needed more towel racks and handles to hold on to when exiting the shower. It is very slippery.

Great Staff

Wonderful and I was very ill...Flu and cold and they treated me like a Queen ..wonderful staff...my room was small but the bed was wonderful. Spent the entire time in the bed as I was too ill to do anything. Room service was excellent and once again my bed was beyond words. Best experience possible

Closeness to the entertainment district

Pros: It was mainly the convenience to my areas of interest.
Cons: When I arrived I had to confront stairs with my 2 pieces of luggage to get to lobby.
Location: Liked the nearby subway and many nice restaurants.
So convenient to walk to the theatres and Symphony Hall and return at night with many people on sidewalks. I felt very comfortable.. The St. Andrew subway stop was also in walking distance..

Pros: The view and the staff.
Cons: The drawers didn't close properly, shoddy workmanship. Requires better maintenance. This was a common complaint amongst friends and colleague.
Location: Location is fabulous. Luckee restaurant at the SOHO is fabulous! Lots of funky restaurants to go to across the street!
We had to switch rooms and the staff took excellent care of us. Moved us to a beautiful room with a view of the CN Tower and the staff could not have been nicer!

a Low end Hyatt Regency

The room had a strong odour of a recent cleaning solvent, a large wet spot on the carpet, a couple of ceiling lights burned out, room service screwed up my order after assuring me they had it right, the public areas are very basic and the inroom air con very noisy. The building is a mixed office/hotel and the hotel part feels like a cheap retrofit. I would not stay there again.

Over all, it was a god room. The tiny vanity was an issue. I could barely fit my shaving kit on it.

Mini Vacation

Took my daughter for a mini vacation before school.and the hotel was perfect. The staff was all amazing and friendly. They were super helpful and made our stay even better. ☺
