We showed up to the property and the floors were all lifted up-and-coming apart. All of the carpets were originally white but were stained Gray with black patches all over the place. The cooking utensils were disgusting. There was vents hanging from the ceiling, and there was about one inch of dust on the ceiling fan in the bathrooms, which we had to clean because it was disgusting. Also there was scratches and chunk of drywall missing on the walls, cracks in the ceiling and the living room t.v didnt work aswell as the remotes had no batteries. We showed up and asked for our money back which they offered ZERO DOLLARS BACK. I will never book through bay suites or expedia ever again. Im a gold member and have used them for a long time but never again. They also only have 1 key for 3 people which was super annoying. Also there were garbage bags all over the balcony and stains aswell.

When you enter the place there was an unbearable smell of chemical or disinfectant was difficult to sleep without the window open the window so I had a lot of noise at night to sleep but it was either honor or noise prefer noise . I also did not like that the shower curtain had fungus, the carpet in the room where I slept was filthy, the mattress where I slept soft and everything seemed very little care. the best of all was the washing machine and dryer very good, but the rest did not seem well maintained. The building beautiful the location excellent , the room place was not up to the level of neither the building nor the advertisement . Poorly maintained

We had trouble accessing the suits the first night. The apartment was not as clean as we would have hoped. The carpet was incredibly stained, the walls had dirt and there was a massive pile of garbage on the patio. The apartment needs a deep clean. The location is amazing.

A one night stay turned into a debacle. The property was advertised as a hotel on Expedia, which is why I booked the stay. Expedia should also do a better job of explaining and clearly defining checkin processes and not as an after thought in special instructions. Upon arriving at the property I realized it definitely was not a hotel. The security guards could not help me, but it was not their fault, they do not work for the company. He was kind enough to contact the managing company for the rental property. They got back to me about 40 minutes later. They asked to met up at 5pm for checkin around the corner from the property. A gentleman met us to give us the key to our first room and the wifi info. We proceeded up to our first room. As we walk into the first room, which clearly had not been cleaned, I received a call from the management company. They informed me that the room had not been cleaned and would need me to head back down to allow housekeeping to get into the room. He asked me to come back at 6:30pm. I was furious. I explained we were only going to be in the room for one evening. He tried to offer a late 2pm check out. He didnt seem to understand that we would be leaving at 4am and a late check out wouldn't help out. We left the first room and i asked him to get us another room. It took an additional 20 minutes to get into our second room. It is now 5:40pm when we get into a disaster of a second room. The room was clean, but there was extensive damage to all areas

This is not an hotel with a front desk. You have to meet someone in the street to get your keys. The condo itself is nice but very badly furnitured. Couch and bed are in terrible condition.

Save the headache, this is not a hotel, you have to schedule an appointment to get your keys. Guy was nice and quick to answer texts/calls but took us to the wrong building, then argued when trying to show my booking saying it did not exist, when it had the correct address. The unit did not even exist in the building he took us. 45 minute ordeal where 4 people ended up with pictures of my ID, lol. Finally get to the room and the walls are scraped and stained, the floor panels are coming up, the sheets, pillow, and blankets are stained. The “balcony” does not extend more than 6 inches, and a good section of the window is broken and covered in boards. The location was great, customer service was better than expected, and it was a nice room; however, the room needs to be cleaned. There was laundry in the machine still and my wet feet from the shower left clean marks on the floor.

First, I had arrangements to meet the property manager at a specific time. He showed up 40 minutes late which had a significant impact on activities we had planned. Only having one key and fob is not convenient for a group of 5 adults! The building itself is nice and conveniently located very close to waterfront, restaurants, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank arena. This was the biggest advantage of this property as it had such an amazing location. The unit itself was overall clean but incredibly run down. A lot of the finishes were worn and starting to break down. There had obviously been a leak at some point with a small piece of trim and drywall missing outside one of the baths. As a result, the hardwood floors were damaged and buckled. We tripped over these several times. There were no top sheets on any of the beds (only fitted sheets), pillows were barely pillows and the mattresses were either hard or lumpy. There was a nice view of the water and a large balcony but the balcony area was so poorly maintained that I did not spend any time out there. There was also a spare door being stored out there. Overall, not a positive experience. While the person who met me was nice, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Spend a bit extra and get a nice hotel room!

Backstory: due to cancelled flights, a 4hour direct turned into a 20 hour ordeal. This resulted in us not being able to check in in the required window. The flights are not the properties fault so the only good thing i can say is the property accomodated by moving us to a different unit so we had somewhwre to go in Toronto in the middle of the night. Now my rant begins: I will start with the lack of communication and the property not following through on things such as saying they will call in an hour and i have to call them 4 hours later. Leading up to our trip i didnt even know if we actually would have accomodatons when we arrived. It was not even close to what is advertised, cords taped down on the floor accross doorways, AC did not work worth a s---, mold in the bathroom, beds rock hard, dirty in general.1 dishwasher tab for 3 days which we had to use right away as the dishes and cutlery were dirty. No dishsoap or cloth to to wash by hand. No facecloths, no sheets for the bedding, towels were still in the dryer, love to do laundry on a vacation. The unit basically needs a complete renovation as the carpet was stained by dirt, the walls were marked up, curtains put up with whatever hardware and duct tape was available. Bedroom window would not open. The ceiling had black whatever on it by the vents. No fixtures in the rooms, only floor lamps. Screens were ripped or completely missing from the patio. My holiday trailer is a step up from this very pricey 3 day rental.

Location was great, view of CN tower was awesome. Walking distance for Roger’s Centre. Room was terrible, broken toilet, damaged floor boards and damaged walls. The carpets were beyond filthy, totally disgusting!! All towels and bedding were stained and old. Advertised sofa bed but was just a sofa. No bed to it. (Signature Room was booked)

This property is not in the condition as displayed in the listing photos. It is not clean, marked/dirty linen, marked/dirty carpets, decoratively in a poor state of repair. Not as advertised. Added to this, the staff contact is terrible, dealings with them is bordering on fraudulent. Terrible.
