"Liked the spacious room, balcony, location and mountain view. Small annoying things in the room , for example, safe with a top opening lid which can only be opened by removing the hanging clothes above. A full length mirror would also be helpful ; there is plenty of space for it. More generally , early fast breakfast service is available nearby but not in the hotel."

"Love the location of this hotel. Front staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was slow only because i was having issues with my debit card. The staff was very patient. I booked a Jr suite. I was not expecting the room to be the size it was. It was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size and clean; however, I did see see mold on the tub edges. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are modern, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient, although the spaces felt quite tight compared with what I’m used to in Ontario. The hotel has a beautiful mountain atmosphere that really fits the Canmore experience. The only issue I had was with the shower. The sliding glass door kept opening on its own, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a very positive experience at this hotel."
