The first morning really early in the morning it took almost 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower but the next day it was fine. Orange water in the lobby was nice. "The hotel is at a perfect location cause the kids love Chinatown, pier 39 and Oracle park. It was very clean comfortable and the staff was above and beyond the valet remembered my name and greeted me when I return and was very politely chatful with the kids. Kids can be picky with food but they loved the breakfast buffet. They also put out games to play with in the lobby. I will definitely be back here again and recommend to all my friends. "

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it does not have air conditioning. On the other hand, it’s an old building.
