The room was not available at the check in time. I had to wait 30 mins to check in. The 2nd day I asked for service and the front desk worker never put the request in. The room was norma, it wasn’t as clean as it could be, but clean for a hotel.

Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd
Everything was very neat and clean. The breakfast was good. The area where you sit and eat was always being cleaned. Staff was very friendly and courteous gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
