The one-bedroom property is modern and well-equipped with everything you should need for that home-from-home experience. The property has an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. There is also a sofa bed, which allows us to accommodate 3 adults or families of 4. Guests will have access to the garden area, and there is free on-road parking available. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. We mainly used it for sleeping as spent majority of time at our daughter’s and family’s house nearby. Location was perfect for our needs and amenities as well.Communication with the management company Pass the Keys was very good and responded promptly to any questions we had.As the weather turned quite warm during our stay, having a fan available would have been helpful or a key access to open the top window in the main living area.Thank you and we would certainly stay there again. ##### Susan J. Easy access to transport (bus/train) for London days, can walk or bus to the supermarket (rec. Morrisons) and nice local restaurants/pubs available. Would prefer if the sofa bed was made up for our arrival as we are a party of four and needed both beds, but additional linen was on hand so no trouble to sort out.
