"The room was very clean and comfortable. The problems were: the extra latch on the door was offset and so could not use, the safe did not work, the bathtub was super slippery (dangerous too take a shower) and the code to cast your phone onto the TV kept coming up as in error,"

"My family stayed here for 3 nights. It was overall pretty good, but I do have some concerns about our stay and some suggestions for improvement. I don't want to convey complete negativity, but I definitely thought some things could have been better. First, the apartment wasn't prepared well for 6 people to stay. We only had 4 towels and there were not enough bed linens. We did appreciate the nice air mattress (my son said it was comfortable), but there was nothing for him to use for linens...

"We chose this hotel due to water slide being in the pool. It was not working. We were checked in after a long wait only to be given a room that was being cleaned. I had to stand in another long line waiting to get a new room."
