"Location was good, close to the airport but even though we could see the planes just above us the noise wasn’t a problem. Room was clean, bed was comfy and we slept well. The shower was hard to use getting very hot at times and VERY slippery. Parking was close to the hotel and seemed safe. The reception doesn’t open until 3 and until that time the hotel door is locked so you can’t wait anywhere until checkin. "Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."
