Leave your shoes and worries at the door. Our townhome is just steps away from Bimini’s picturesque beach where you can escape to paradise!

Located within Bimini Sands is a full service marina, an infinity pool, Petite Conch restaurant (serves breakfast, lunch & dinner) and The Ship Store (small convenience store). Bimini Sands also offers fishing charters, diving and snorkeling, healing hole tours, dolphin excursions, and so much more. https://www.thebiminisands.com/things-to-do

On the main level are the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has 3 twin beds and a full size bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, full size bathroom, and sliding doors that lead to a terrace with a picnic table.

On the second level are the living room and kitchen. The living room has a pullout couch and a smart TV for you to enjoy when you return from a day out or maybe a day binging your favorite series. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots and pans, plates, cups, blender, coffee maker etc.) to cook a freshly caught meal! The 2nd level also has a balcony overlooking the inlet. Perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and to watch the boats coming into the marina.

You’ll be able to find groceries at S&D -about a 10 minute walk from Bimini Sands. And the water taxi is about a 15 minute walk.

unit was unlivable due to clogged sink full of dirty water, mold, filthy stained sofa, beds that had been slept in, loose hanging wires, etc on the up side we were given a full refund and were lucky enough to find other accommodations

Read before renting! (Long but worth it!)
The ease of check in and docking was great. No complaints. Dock mates were great within the harbor. Everyone in community is wonderful! Once we got in to the unit, that was a whole different story. The first time we used the key, was the only time it worked. Couldn’t lock it from the outside for the rest of the trip and had to use a sliding door which then had to be left unlocked. Luckily the area felt safe enough to do so. Walking in the condo you’re on the ground level. The master and second bedroom are on that floor along with 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom was clean and the bathroom was clean. The window leaked in that room as the window didn’t close properly. Used some towels to stop the water coming in. We were finally able force it closed. The master, some very dark furniture with some of the owners belongings in them. Not a big deal. Bed was less than comfortable though. Sheets also didn’t stay on the bed. Moving upstairs, the filthy, stained and worn stairs, led to a big open living room. 2 large couches, one being a pullout, were comfortable to sit on but terrible for sleeping. Couldn’t find sheets that fit the pullout so made for with some blankets and used pillows from other beds. The light over the kitchen table was burnt out (as were all 4 lights in the master en-suite). The kitten felt old, dirty and worn. There were all kinds of little bugs all over the counter tops and in the bathrooms. I think they were noseeums? We were told there was a bbq to use, but once we saw it (moldy and rusted) we opted out. There is a balcony which the listing mentions however, there was only half of the glass for the table and the chairs would leave you feeling as though you need a tetanus shot. No screens on any windows, holes in the walls in random places, tiles broken off the walls. All in all, it was not worth the money we paid. Once I told the owner of all the issues (he hadn’t been there in over a year) he stopped replying and didn’t follow up at all. We had a roof over our heads and AC. That is the extent of the words of praise. Aside from the property, the island is great. Bring A LOT of bug spray. I cannot emphasize this enough. Or stay in after 4pm. The mosquitos are brutal. Bring your own toilet paper too. That was a special surprise! Far better options out there. Enjoy Bimini at another unit.

This was perfect for us! 2 adults and 4 kids. Owners were very informative and easy to contact. Would recommend and hope to make this a yearly trip!
