Noella's By The Sea is a charming cape cod overlooking the beautiful, seaside town of Souris. The house boasts sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding countryside. This well-appointed house is fully equipped and boasts all the conveniences you will need. The main floor offers an open concept living/dining/kitchen, full bathroom and den. The den is equipped with a sleeper sofa which is comfy enough to sleep each night or perfect to cozy up in while you unwind watching television. Upstairs you will find two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Air conditioning is available for your added comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck while watching local fishermen dotting the seascape below.

Explore the many picturesque white sand beaches that line the southern shore of Eastern PEI, each of which is only a short drive from your doorstep. Basin Head Beach famous for it's white singing sands is just 15 minutes away. Within a 2 minute drive you can find two beach areas that offer tidal flats for miles of beach combing and playing in the warm tidal pools! Take advantage of one of the fine local restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive you will find The Inn at Bay Fortune owned by the famous Chef Michael Smith, offering a evening long dining experience! One of our local favorites is 21 Breakwater Restaurant. Be sure to check it out! Souris Gateway Park is minutes away where you can pick up some fresh seafood to prepare at home. Just a kilometer down the hill is a famous local bakery. Be sure to stop by for your after dinner treat! We would love to make recommendations of all sorts as you explore our beloved island!
