The last straw was when the water got cut off for non payment. FOR RENT sign out front for the unit.i rented this unit from July 4th trig the 21st, added stress i didnt need. However, the outside was unkept in the front porch was dirty. But you get for what you paid. Good place to stay if you really need to be in Sherman at a low price. ##### Paul K.
