This is a very large hotel, with plenty of available parking. The corridors leading to the rooms are in need of a bit of a refresh (and some Febreze). The rooms are nicely laid out, with huge super king bed and a powerful shower. Great to see that there are 6 EV charge points!

Mould in the bathrooms, peeling paint, really dirty walls and very, very poor and limited breakfast for the price. Furniture in rooms very old and in disrepair. The good point is that all staff are kind, helpful and pleasant.

Team that really don't care about their guests. Dinner was expensive for what you get, cold, uncooked and not edible. The cooked breakfast was awful, half of items missing.

This property has to be one of the shabbiest we have stayed in. The facilities, decor, rooms and breakfast areas do not deserve the 4* rating it has as a B&B. The walls, doors and floors were dirty and badly marked, the furniture was dirty, chipped and scratched. There were crumbs and bits of food over the chairs at breakfast. We have stayed in Doubletree by Hilton hotels before so are surprised at the condition of this property. We would not recommend or return to this property again. It’s was terrible, if we could we would have given it a no star review!

The hotel bed was very comfortable and facilities are good too. However the room was in a tired condition and not indicative of the price charged.

Good hotel overall with great friendly staff.

A decent hotel to stay in in Sheffield, lovely rooms and reasonable value. Some facilities are a bit dated but service from the hotel is great, staff are really good. MPW Steakhouse was slow, and when the food arrived some was cold but it was quickly rectified and the meal turned out good.

Great place to stay

Lovely stay in kingsize deluxe room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff Emily was really helpful - thank you! Only disappointment was that the spa hot tub was out of order which would have made the stay absoloutely perfect.

Excellent greeting at reception but ground floor to Room 060 needs attention. Doors, wallpaper, skirting poor. Room v good. Sourdough bread rock hard with Camembert in bar meal and we should have sent it back as uneatable. Generally we enjoyed our stay and staff were excellent
