The amenities are just as pictured, the cabin was very clean when we arrived, and it was close to all the Pigeon Forge area restaurants and attractions on our vacation agenda. We had 13 family members from age 6 to 82, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms provided everyone with space, comfort, and privacy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night and watching football and movies in the media room! We did have some issues that required a maintenance visit, but the host was quick to respond and took care of our needs. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others, and we hope to stay here again in the future. Five stars from my family! ##### Jennifer R. The layout was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the surrounding area.Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by several major issues. The house was not clean upon arrival, which was disappointing given the advertised standards. We also encountered multiple maintenance problems during our stay that required attention—far more than should be expected. A tv that was broken upon arrival and never replaced, an ice machine also broke when we arrived and not fixed and the upstairs air conditioning that broke twice during our stay in 99 degree weather. Perhaps most frustrating was the management. They were unprofessional and dismissive, and did not follow through on their stated 24-hour cleaning policy. Communication felt more like an inconvenience to them than a service.With better upkeep and respectful management, this could be a fantastic rental. This is my first time staying in this cabin, and it was an amazing experience - 5 STARS! The host is incredibly responsive and has such a great sense of humor, which made everything even more enjoyable. The cabin itself is brand new and absolutely stunning – it’s equipped with everything you could want. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub, BBQing on the deck, and watching movies in the fantastic theater room. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the Parkway and Dollywood. I highly recommend this cabin – you won’t be disappointed! ##### Deepak K. This cabin is brand new with rate of the art, modern decor, in an amazing location 1 mile from town. The property is beautiful, spacious and fun. The property owners/managers were immediately accessible and responsive at all times. The cabin was stocked with everything one could think to need (even ziplock bags and batteries!). With the exception of construction being done next door daily, the stay was perfect. I am an early riser, so the construction didn’t bother me as much as those with me who had planned to sleep in!
