This a two story home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is around 3500 sqft. Please note that there is a separate guest suite in the basement that is rented separately and an office-ADU but the entrances are separate. The entrance to the basement guest suite is in the backyard, however, the backyard is not part of the guest suite's amenities, so you will have the backyard to yourselves. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Bedroom (Aspen) with queen bed w/bath, TV and working desk. Another half bath, Access to backyard. • Second Floor: 4 additional bedrooms & 3 ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have King beds; 2 with queen. The bedroom without bathroom has queen bed.
